Locals have reported being woken up in their sleep by a massive ‘violent’ earthquake in Delhi.

Tremors were felt in India‘s capital city as well as other northern parts of the country, according to India Today. 

The magazine said the quake measured 4.3 and lasted ‘for a few seconds’.
